popeyescalgary.com is operated by Ipe Abraham Consulting Ltd.doing business as Popeye's Supplements Calgary. We are an independent franchisee operating five locations in Calgary and Red Deer, Alberta. Other Popeye's Supplements stores in Alberta (e.g. Edmonton) are operated by separate franchisees and are not bound by these terms.

Free reward offer terms

The free reward offer (free shaker any purchase, free 300g creatine at $100+, free 6lb PVL Whey Gold + free creatine at $299+) is governed by these conditions:

• One redemption per customer.You can claim one tier at one of our 5 stores during the offer's validity window. Subsequent visits are welcome — additional redemptions are not.
• Regular-priced items only.Sale items, bulk discounts, and other promotional pricing don't count toward the spend tier.
• 14-day code window. The SMS code is valid for 14 days from the day we send it. Codes are single-use.
• Blackout dates may apply.Redemption is suspended during major national sales (e.g. July 9–12, 2026). If a blackout falls within your 14-day window we'll note it in the SMS code itself.
• Calgary + Red Deer only.The offer is valid at our 5 stores: Dalhousie, Mackenzie Towne, South Calgary, Northeast Calgary, and Red Deer. Edmonton Popeye's locations are not participating.
• While supplies last. If a specific reward SKU is temporarily out of stock, our staff will offer an equivalent substitute or hold your code for re-stock.
• Not transferable, no cash value.Codes can't be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash or store credit.

We reserve the right to refuse redemption if there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

SMS communication (CASL)

By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive one SMS with your offer code and (optionally) one reminder on day 12 if the code hasn't been redeemed. Standard message rates may apply.

• We will not use your phone number for any other purpose without your express consent.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the offer. You must be a Canadian resident with a valid Canadian mobile number.

Some products carried in our stores (including but not limited to certain pre-workouts, fat burners, and high-dose creatine) carry usage warnings appropriate for healthy adults. Consult a physician before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition or take prescription medication.

Pricing & availability

Prices and product availability listed on this site are indicative and may vary by location, season, or supplier. In-store pricing on the day of your visit governs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Alberta law, Ipe Abraham Consulting Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site or the free reward offer. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for products at our stores within the 12 months preceding any claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or the offer after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
